Pricing

How much does AONMeetings cost in India?+

AONMeetings India plans start at ₹179 per user per month for Starter, up to 10 participants, ₹359 for Professional, up to 25, ₹629 for Business, up to 100, and ₹1,522 for Enterprise, up to 250. Pricing is per host, billed monthly, with no annual commitment. Every plan includes webinars, unlimited meeting time, recording, end-to-end encryption and HIPAA compliance.

Do I pay for every participant, or only the host?+

Only the host. Each licence covers one person who schedules and runs meetings. Participants join through a browser link at no cost and don't need an account of their own.

How many people can join a meeting?+

That depends on your plan: 10 on Starter, 25 on Professional, 100 on Business, and 250 on Enterprise. The same limits apply to webinars, and additional capacity is available as an add-on for larger events.

Are webinars an extra charge?+

No. Webinar capability is included on every AONMeetings India plan, up to that plan's participant limit. You can run registration-based webinars without buying a second product or a separate licence.

How does that compare to other platforms?+

Most major video platforms sell webinars as a separate add-on that sits on top of a paid base subscription. AONMeetings includes webinar capability in the plan price. For organisations that run regular webinars for audiences in the dozens or low hundreds, that difference accounts for the majority of the cost gap.

Are there time limits on meetings?+

No. All AONMeetings India plans include unlimited meeting length. There is no 40-minute cutoff on any tier, including the entry-level plan, so classes, consultations and training sessions run as long as you need.

Billing and tax

Do prices include GST?+

No. All listed prices are exclusive of GST, which is applied at checkout at the prevailing rate.

Can I get a GST invoice and claim input tax credit?+

Yes. AONMeetings subscriptions are invoiced with a GSTIN, so GST-registered businesses can claim input tax credit. You can buy directly from us or through an authorised AONMeetings partner. A GST-compliant invoice is available either way, and it is not conditional on which route you choose.

Can I pay by UPI?+

Yes. UPI is supported at checkout, so you can pay in rupees from any UPI app without needing an international credit card.

Is there a discount for annual billing?+

All India plans are billed monthly at the listed rate. There is no annual contract to sign and no long-term commitment. You can change or cancel month to month.

What currency are webinar add-ons billed in?+

Indian rupees, the same as your plan subscription. There is no currency switch at checkout and no exchange-rate exposure. You see the rupee price before you buy and that is what you pay. All add-on prices exclude GST.

How much does it cost to run a webinar for more than 250 people?+

Every AONMeetings plan includes webinar capability up to that plan's participant limit at no extra cost. For larger audiences, you can add capacity either monthly or for a single event. Monthly add-ons start at ₹5,240 per month for up to 500 attendees, then ₹22,869 for 1,000, ₹67,941 for 3,000 and ₹1,71,521 for 5,000. One-time add-ons, for a single event with no recurring billing, start at ₹5,714 for up to 500 attendees, then ₹28,570 for 1,000, ₹76,186 for 3,000 and ₹1,80,941 for 5,000. All add-on prices exclude GST and include chat, polls, webinar registration and live interaction tools. If you run one large event a year, the one-time option means you pay for that event rather than carrying a licence for twelve months.

Trials, changes and cancellation

Is there a free plan or free trial?+

There is a 7-day free trial on the ₹179 Starter plan, which gives you the full platform: browser-based meetings, webinars, recording and HIPAA compliance, at up to 10 participants. Higher plans start immediately without a trial period. They differ from Starter in participant capacity and event features, not in the core experience. There is no permanently free tier.

Can I change plans or cancel?+

Yes. You can cancel at any time with no notice period and no cancellation fee. Your subscription stays active until the current 30-day billing period ends, so you keep full access to everything you have paid for. Upgrade or downgrade whenever you like, and the new plan takes effect at the start of your next billing period.

Security and compliance

Is AONMeetings HIPAA compliant on all plans?+

Yes, and a Business Associate Agreement is available on every plan, including Starter at ₹179 per user per month. You do not need a separate healthcare tier, an enterprise contract, or a call with sales to get one. HIPAA compliance depends on whether the vendor will sign a BAA covering your account and whether that account is configured to protect patient data. A platform is not compliant because of its brand name.

Can a solo practitioner or small clinic use the entry-level plan for patient consultations?+

Yes. The ₹179 Starter plan includes HIPAA compliance and BAA availability, the same as every other tier. Patients join through a browser link with nothing to install, which removes the most common source of support calls before a first telehealth appointment.

Does anyone need to download software?+

No. AONMeetings runs entirely in the browser. Hosts and participants join through a link, with nothing to install and nothing for IT to approve or whitelist on participant machines.

Where is meeting data stored?+

It depends on your deployment. AONMeetings Rooms License deployments run on AWS Mumbai, with meeting data held in India. Standard plan data is hosted in the United States, on AWS us-east-1 and us-west-2. Organisations with in-country data residency requirements should talk to our team about a Rooms License deployment. We are expanding in-country data residency beyond Rooms deployments. Contact sales for current scope and timelines.

Does data leaving India affect compliance for Indian organisations?+

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, personal data may generally be transferred outside India except to countries the government has specifically restricted, and the United States is not among them. Organisations in regulated sectors may still have their own residency requirements set by a regulator, a parent company or a customer contract. In those cases, a Rooms License deployment keeps data in India.

How do I get help choosing a plan?+
