At the top right of your account dashboard, you will find a magnifying glass icon.
Click on that to activate the search feature. Type in any topic or keyword and our system will automatically search through your call history. This includes the following items:
- Attendees
- Subject
- Chat Messages
- Audio Transcription (*not available with all subscriptions)
- Files shared (file names only, not contents)
- Tags
Results are listed by Conference. Clicking on a search result takes you to the Call Summary Screen.
