Reference Numbers allow Hosts to assign specific conference calls to specific clients or projects allow them to bill the client in question for the cost of the call.
Enabling reference numbers for a host will allow the host to input an optional numerical reference for each meeting when joining that meeting online or via phone using a dial-in number.
- Enable this feature for a host when adding or editing that host via the toggle switch towards the bottom of the page.
- Company admins can Edit or add reference numbers to any meeting by going to 'Reports & Invoices' > 'Meeting Summaries'.
- Go to 'Reports & Invoices' > 'Meeting Summaries' to filter and download reports of all meetings with a particular reference number.
