Desktop apps are not available with all subscriptions. Check with your company admin if you don't have access to a desktop app.

Windows

• Open the desktop app
• Select File menu > 'Check for update' to verify if you have the most recent version and update your desktop app
• If your app requires an update, select 'Download update' and follow the prompts

Apple Mac

• Open the desktop app
• Select 'About' from the app menu in the top left corner of your screen
• A window will display with your current app version
• Select 'Check for update' to verify if you have the most recent version and update your desktop app
• If your app requires an update, select 'Download update' and follow the prompts
